What’s our core belief?

It’s all about Jesus!

The Bible teaches  that Jesus Christ is God’s Son, sent to be the world’s only Saviour and King. He was crucified for our sin, rose from the dead and is the rightful Ruler of the world. The Bible promises that He will return to judge the world and that He now offers forgiveness and new life to everyone.

This belief shapes who we are and everything we do.

We're a diverse bunch of people who are centred on Jesus and His life-saving, life-changing mission and message in the Bible.

Our mission is to glorify God together by making, maturing and multiplying authentic followers of Jesus.

We love that Jesus has enabled us to live on the beautiful Northern Beaches of the Illawarra and look for every opportunity to share Jesus with our community and the world.

Safe Ministry

We all want our church and homes to be as safe as possible for children, those who are vulnerable and all people. We work hard to be compliant with Safe Ministry requirement through the dedication of Kat and Karen and leaders of all activities. We will continue to remain vigilant.

Now Safe Ministry is going online from October, meaning that participants will be able to do the training online at a time and place convenient to them.
For this to happen, the diocese is asking each church to enlist a volunteer (an “online assisted support person”) to assist participants without internet access or with low levels of internet or computer literacy to complete their online training. This is an excellent development and will make it easier for all people to remain compliant. Would you be the person who could care in this special way and make our church and homes more safe?
Call or text Karen Davies M 0414 987 677 for more information.
Also, there are two new opportunities to join Safe Ministry Training and be paid for it!!  They are looking for a Webinar Presenter and a Webinar Producer. You can view the job descriptions here or contact [email protected] to apply.
